Phelps public library is open three times a week.
Our library staff is made up of community volunteers.
Computers are set up to complement the book service
that is available through the library. There is free
wireless internet for your lap top use, inside or
outside the building. We have inter-library loans
available for the books that are not here.
A popular item is the DVD free loan service that is
available with our growing DVD selection.
Come out and check out the services that are available
at the library.

your library.
We
are looking for volunteers to fill spaces and act
as spares. Get on the list, join the community and
meet people. The more people we have means there is
less to do.

Tuesday and Thursday - 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon p.m.
